GLOBAL STOCK INDICES
In today’s Asian hours, S&P500 made a low of 4105 while DOW made a low of 33847 and NASDAQ made a low of 13157. RUSSELL made a low of 2197. It is advised to book 50% profit in indices here. Last Friday, we asked you to short indices at US closing (S&P500 @ 4172). S&P500 has support at 4080 and resistance at 4150. Technical recovery is possible on Thursday-Friday; though buying is not advised. Rather, one can see the bounce back as an opportunity to build short position. Next week is again downward.
Indian Stock Market
If Nifty doesn’t cross the resistance at 15200 on a closing basis then it may drop down to 14900-14800. If Bank Nifty doesn’t cross the resistance at 34560 then it may breach 32200.
