Global Stock Indices

In the previous session, market went through a sharp fall in which DOW breached 24800 while S&P500 and NASDAQ breached 2700 and 7000.

Today, it is the Full-Moon along with Uranus-Sun conjunction. Today, it is the last day of considerable uncertainty in the market. Here onwards, market will make a bottom and eventually take a U turn. Market will enter a short term but big bull-run in which S&P500 can shoot up-to 2850 or higher.

It is advised to long indices at lower levels today.

Today, it is going to be a broad range market.

Indian Stock Market

Indian market went through a crisis in the previous session in which Nifty breached 10100 while Bank Nifty breached 24800.

TRADING RANGE:

  • NIFTY FUT: 10150-10300
  • BANK NIFTY FUT: 24800-25300

Sun-Uranus conjunction along with Full-Moon will lead to heavy volatility in today’s session. Today’s closing hour can be an opportunity to make long position for short term trend. Here onwards, we expect Nifty to bounce back to 10400-10500 while Bank Nifty may cross 26000 in short term.

Intraday view: Gap up opening is indicated. It will then decline till 10.10 HRS. From 10.10 HRS to 12.45 HRS, uptrend is indicated. From 12.45 HRS to 15.00 HRS, market will decline. In the last 30 minutes, recovery is indicated.

ALERT: In Indian market, you can make 50% long position today and rest position has to be made tomorrow (by 11.00 HRS IST). It is possible that market opens gap down tomorrow and weakness may continue for 2 hours from opening. The market will turn entirely bullish from Friday.

Trend Ahead (25/10/2018)

Panic in the market has ended for now. From 10.30 HRS IST, Asian, European and American markets will be in recovering mode with volatility.  From Friday, market shall enter a short-term uptrend.
